1. Agreement
By using this website or purchasing a NeuroCode product, you agree to these terms. If you are not legally able to enter a contract where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve and complete the purchase.
2. The product
Machine Learning, Built Right is a digital educational package. The product description at the time of purchase identifies the included files, formats, and companion materials. It is not a live class, degree, accredited certification, employment service, or promise of a specific career outcome.
3. Personal-use license
A completed purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the materials for personal learning and portfolio development.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, upload, or publicly share the files.
- Remove ownership or copyright notices.
- Package the materials into another course, product, dataset, or commercial content library.
- Provide access to people who have not purchased a license.
4. Checkout, taxes, and delivery
Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for transactions and provides the receipt and digital-delivery flow. Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and keeping their purchase email accessible.
5. Refund guarantee
Purchases are covered by the NeuroCode 14-day satisfaction guarantee described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
6. Educational use and results
The materials provide education and examples, not financial, legal, medical, employment, or other professional advice. Learning and career results depend on the customer's practice, prior knowledge, decisions, communication, market conditions, and other factors. NeuroCode does not guarantee employment, income, grades, or mastery.
7. Code and third-party tools
Companion examples may rely on open-source libraries and third-party services governed by their own licenses and terms. Customers are responsible for reviewing code, testing it, protecting credentials, and using it appropriately before applying it to real systems or data.
8. Availability and updates
We may correct errors, improve files, or update the website. We do not promise permanent access to every online feature, so customers should securely download and back up purchased files.
9. Responsibility and legal limits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuroCode is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the materials. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
